Billzone.eu invoices contain the unique identifier of the user who created them therefore it is retained for 8 years due to legal requirements. User data cannot be deleted at the request of the user due to legal requirements. The user can request the inactivation of their profile at the customer service of the service provider. If the user stays inactive for 8 years, the user's data gets deleted from the system automatically.

Who can access and manage data on Billzone.eu and with what permissions?

The following data processors manage the data in the Service Provider's system with the required level of data management: Service Provider Programmer, Provider Tester, Provider Operator, Provider System Administrator, Support Administrator, Marketing and Sales Associate, Data Officer.
